Mera Jahan is a blog where I try to share my literary efforts. Indirectly or directly, I do try to record the world, life and things the way I have observed. It is certainly different from the zillions who observed before me and will observe after me the same things but from entirely different view point.
The things I write here are what I like and dislike. There is a high probability that other people may not feel the same.
“No two persons are the same”.
Comments : Please bear in mind that we always try to build a civilized world. I will be grateful if no offensive word or term is used in comments. I will not approve that comment. Also try to write comments relevant to the post.
Thanks and Welcome to ‘Mera Jahaan’

Hi,
“No two persons are same” That is entirely true. The only common thing we all share, I think, is that we all search for something in life. I’d like to believe that we all search for the higher good…
Here is one of my favourite quotations (it expresses the truth better than anything I could possibly write):
“For money you can have everything it is said. – No that is not true. You can buy food, but not appetite; medicine, but not health, soft beds, but not sleep, knowledge but not intelligence; glitter, but not comfort, fun, but not pleasure; acquaintances, but not friendship; servants, but not faithfulness; grey hair, but not honour; quiet days, but not peace. The shell of all things you can get for money. But not the kernel. That cannot be had for money”
By author – Arne Garborg (1851-1924) was a Norwegian writer. He was born in Time, Norway. He was married to Hulda Garborg. Garborg championed the use of Nynorsk, or New Norwegian, as a literary language; he translated the Odyssey into it.

Hey, i chanced on your blog, as we share the same blog name, as i am a new blogger, i was trying out some antics and thus found you. Blogging indeed is fun and i certainly agree with the fact that no two people are the same, and where there are two people, there have to be two views, so hope to read more and write more.
